Harbinger is working with the new Kansas Association of Trail Towns to design and implement a new initiative focused on gathering trail user data along three major destination trails: Flint Hills and Prairie Spirit (both Kansas state parks) and Southwind Rail Trail. We are excited to partner with the cities of Council Grove, Herington, Osawatomie and Ottawa for the first phase, with a trail visitor survey launching summer 2023.
