In this course, you’ll learn HeartMath’s scientifically validated tools and strategies for taking control of your mental and emotional well-being—reducing stress, feeling more energetic, sleeping soundly, and being more resilient, adaptable and able to keep your cool. Based on over 30 years of research, and supported by more than 300 independent peer-reviewed studies, these techniques will help you take charge of how you feel and use your renewed clarity to become a stronger and better influence for others in your sphere: your family, friends, co-workers, class, team, church, volunteer organization or neighbors.
Each of the six weekly instructional, practice and discussion sessions is offered twice. Attend whichever works best for you, or attend both for extra learning and practice. Every session is recorded so you can refer back as needed.
The course is designed to fit your schedule and supports you in developing new routines using simple but powerful tools proven to reduce stress and anxiety by increasing your inner balance and freeing up your faculties. In this course, you will:

Course Instructor
Michele Archie, principal of The Harbinger Consultancy. Michele was first certified as a HeartMath trainer 22 years ago, and has relied on these techniques ever since in her life and work with organizations. In developing this course, Michele drew on HeartMath’s Activating the Heart of Teams™ program, which focuses on boosting personal resilience and coherence, and translating that into easier, more efficient, productive, satisfying and fun relationships in groups of all kinds.
